VSM & Flow Engineering Facilitation Training

What You'll Learn

In this practical training, you will learn how to prepare and facilitate a full VSM workshop using Flow Engineering and working with your own team's real challenges.

The goal is for you to get as much practical experience with VSM as possible. You'll walk away with the technical know-how, templates and confidence to keep facilitating these sessions in your organization.

We'll work together on the challenges in your actual value stream, whether that's Feature Idea to Production, Code Commit to Deployment, Incident Resolution, or Customer Onboarding. You'll map it, measure it, and design improvements during the workshop.

I'll point you to the mistakes I made when facilitating these workshops, so you can avoid them.

Workshop Agenda

Each session starts at 2pm London time and lasts for 1h30.

I won't leave you hanging after the workshop: includes 1h VSM coaching and templates to support you in running your own workshop in your organization.

No VSM experience required. I'll share lessons from 5 cross-team VSM initiatives, helping you avoid common pitfalls and facilitate your own sessions successfully.
