Here’s another Outcome Map I’ve used in early discussions with a client.

Why is it important to start with a clear goal which serves the company and the customer?

• we align with leadership’s goals
• we get buy-in to improve
• happier customers
• company making more money

What happens when we don’t do this?

• put in a bunch of time and energy
• get people excited
• key leadership was not involved
• team doesn’t get buy-in
• hopes and dreams = crushed
• makes it even harder for future improvements
